Pricing

·        10% commission per sale.

·        4% payment processing fees.

·        No storage costs.

·        No additional shipping fees.

·        List unlimited products.

·        Monthly performance analytics.



Selling on Camijo is easy:

1.     LIST YOUR PRODUCTS

a.     Submit the products you want to sell with all the following product details:

                                                              i.      Unique product code

                                                            ii.      Name

                                                         iii.      Detailed Description

                                                         iv.      Price

                                                            v.      Quantity

                                                         vi.      Clear picture of the product:

·        minimum of 4 pictures where possible

·        background to be white (colour: #FFFFFF)

 

2.     STOCK YOUR INVENTORY

a.     Camijo provides its customer with the option to collect from store (at no cost) or courier (fee is charged). The following options are available:

                                                              i.      Storage at Camijo Warehouse at no additional cost.

·        Please ensure that you arrange for the products to be available at the Camijo Warehouse on a timely basis.

·        All products must be thoroughly checked for completeness and damages before sending to the Camijo Warehouse.

·        Any damaged or incomplete product will not be listed on the website, and it will be your responsibility to arrange for collection.

·        Camijo will package and ship the products to the customer once a sale is made.

                                                            ii.      Direct shipping from your warehouse, which means customer will not have the option to collect from store.

·        Please ensure that you have all the products stocked in your warehouse ready to send, directly to the customer, when a sale is made.

Kindly read the terms and conditions relating to delivery and delivery lead times.  Delayed delivery to the customer, resulting in unsatisfied customers, will result in cancellation of your seller account and contract

 

3.     GET PAID

a.     Disbursement of available funds will be done on a weekly basis.

b.     Ensure that the correct banking details are provided – Camijo Trading will not be held liable for any damages or losses occurred due to the incorrect banking details provided.

 

4.     SERVICE PROVIDED BY CAMIJO

a.     Provide you with an online storefront by displaying your offer on our product pages on our website.

b.     Display your offers on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

c.      Process your product orders via the Camijo Website.

d.     Provide all payment options for your product.

e.     Provide free storage of your product.

f.       Fulfil your order (shipping to the customer) if the product is housed within the Camijo Warehouse.

g.     If stock is kept with you – Camijo will provide the sales order details to enable shipping to customer by you.

h.       Handle all customer service requests and returns. Please note if product is damaged, or items missing, the product will be de-listed, and you will have to make arrangements for collection of your product.

 

4.     REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

a.     Company Registration Certificate

b.  Identify Documentation of all Company Directors

c.    Proof of Address of Directors

d.  Proof of Banking

 

 

Once a seller account is registered these terms and conditions will be binding.
